The GEHLMAX IHI Mini Excavator range includes 5 models between 1.4 up to 5.3 tons operating weight.

All models offer different features to be easily seperated from the competitors. With a GEHLMAX IHI Mini Excavator any customer is able to match every requirement and any problem coming up during his daily work, no matter in which business he might be.

The NXT Series:

• Short radius - The use of short-radius frame with turning radius of 960 mm offers compactness and operating stability. Reliability and durability are guaranteed by the solid structure of the undercarriage and the rotating upper frame.
• ANTI SHOCK SYSTEM - All boom movements are attenuated by the hydraulic circuit ANTI SHOCK VALVE. In the lifting phase the stopping shock at the end of the boom travel is limited by the cylinders cushioning system.
• 2-Speed as standard - The 16 NXT as well as the 18 NXT come with the 2-speed gear (2.1 / 4.1 km/h).
• High Driving Comfort -The work station is comfortable thanks to the adjustable spring seat, ergonomic controls and servo –assisted joy-sticks that ensure maximum precision. The machines can be fitted with cabs with radio, openable front window, windscreen wiper, heater and rear glove box that ensure a high quality standard. If the driving position is abandoned, a system stopps all operation functions concerning the boom, bucket, upper frame rotation and travel.
• AUXILIARY SYSTEM -The NXT series is equipped with an auxiliary hydraulic circuit for the use of accessories, with prearrangement of the system up to the boom in the 14 NXT and up to the arm in the 16 NXT and 18 NXT. A special switch enables selection of single or double-acting function.

The N Series:

• High-level operator comfort - the new cabin provides a high degree of comfort to the driver: plenty of room inside, large windows to be opened and an effective heating system. The working position is made even more comfortable thanks to the ergonomic position of the controls, the adjustable suspension seat and excellent soundproofing.
• Powerful Engine -The N series are equipped with YANMAR direct injection DIESEL engines which guarantee high power, max. reliability, low fuel consumption and reduced emissions in accordance with current EC standards.
• Power Boost System - From the 35 N the N series is equipped with the Power Boost System which enables for high power when it comes to levelling.
• Excellent Control - The hydraulic control valve with new spool design allows exceptionally smooth and precise movements. The antishock valve incorporated in the boom circuit helps to eliminate vibration generated during excavation.
• Digging close to blade - Due to the conception of the digging boom, it is possible to work extremly close to the blade.
